ROTARY 2016 BULLETIN16 9^th NOVEMBER

It was great to have Liz Fagan and Sachin Karu from Rotaract as our guests. Liz spoke about her trip to the Rotaract Convention in Sydney where she was awarded the honour of being Rotaractor of the year, an award I am certain she worked very hard to achieve.

The Rotaract Club of Barwon was also awarded Rotaract Club of the year for their work at North Geelong Secondary College another great achievement.

Congratulations to Liz and the Club hope you have more successes next year.

Thanks to everyone who purchased a ticket to the Highton Garden show, have driven past a couple and they are truly magnificent. If you don’t have a ticket there are still 6 left. Remember our major fundraiser, the Dinner Auction, benefited greatly from the Highton member’s participation.

Setting the chairs in the lounge for the guest speaker was a great idea of Cookie’s and worked very thanks Greg.
